We typically sign a non-disclosure agreement with our potential customers so there is a comfort level on both sides that everything we discuss will be 100% held in complete confidence.
A tour of our potential customers’ facilities and operations can go a long way toward understanding your business and the key areas we may be able to assist you with.
We believe it’s critical for customers to tour our facility to get an understanding of how we do things and to see first hand what sets us apart from other plastics fabricators.
We review the economics and engineering of your project and assess our capabilities against your requirements. We acknowledge the receipt of all RFQ’s and strive to respond to all RFQ’s within 24 hours.
Once your purchase order has been received, we check the purchase order against the original quote to ensure 100% accuracy. During this stage your parts will be machined and fabricated and any assembly needed will also happen during this phase.
During and after production your parts are checked to ensure they meet your specifications and that the highest quality is being delivered to you. We take pride in the quality of product we deliver.
After your parts are checked for quality and signed off on by our quality director, your parts are packed with the utmost care and are shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
We are dedicated to exceeding your expectations and our customer service is here to help you if you have any questions or need assistance. You will have a dedicated point of contact to oversee all aspects of our partnership.
