Manufacturing Facility
PlasTech operates out of its 10,000 square foot facility in Bow, NH. This is where all of our processes are carried out. Creating medical components requires a clean, climate-controlled facility. Our facility meets and exceeds these standards. Our coolants are water-based and contaminate‑free.
For total shop floor control, we use the eci JobBOSS2 ERP system, their comprehensive manufacturing software platform. Designed just for make-to-order or contract manufacturers, JobBOSS2 enables us to efficiently quote, schedule, track, ship and more, to provide high quality parts in a fast and economical process.

We can import almost any type of file (dxf, dwg, Iges, solids, etc.) into our CAD/CAM software. Files can be sent to us either by email, posted on a disk or by direct upload. This saves time and money on project programming. We encourage electronic file transfer of files for your plastic machining projects as a cost cutting tool.
